This advanced lesson series is for Club Locarno Members who are part of the Sailing Fleet. You will learn to sail and get checked out on the Waszp (a foiling skiff). We highly recommend having a PCOC before attending the lesson so you can learn to drive the coach boat around a Waszp (which is a component of being part of the buddy system).
Registration closes 48 hours before the first class.
If you need a PCOC, here is a recommended website: www.freecourse.ca

Upon completion of this lesson, you will have to complete a separate checkout before you will be granted sign-out privileges for the Waszp buddy system. This is to ensure you get an orientation to the Locarno clubroom, sailing fleet rules, and show you how to access the coach boat. This checkout will hopefully be conducted by a Locarno volunteer immediately after Day 2 of the lesson.
