Rowing Fleet Planning ZOOM Meeting

Hi everyone, it's Karol, your new Rowing Director for the 2022 season!

We're gathering over ZOOM for a conversation around plans for the Rowing Fleet for 2022. We need your input to make your fleet be everything you've dreamed of, so this is the time to bring out your wish list.

Agenda

1. Introduction: Director, Fleet Captains.
   
2. Fleet Plan. Discuss current fleet, desired purchases, trolleys, storage facilities, lessons, checkouts, etc.
3. Social Events. What you'd like to have, when: e.g., social rows.
   
4. Maintenance.
   
5. Any other business.

Request for Minute Taker

As I'll be "chairing" the meeting I'd like to ask for a volunteer from one of the attendees to to take minutes. This doesn't need to be too formal, but it would be a great help in keeping to the allotted time. Be assured that we'll get everyone's input, including the Minute Taker.

Everyone from Club Locarno is invited. If you're not a member of the fleet but have always been curious about rowing, this is a great opportunity to be introduced to who we are and what we'd like to do this season.
