Fall Work Party - Rowing Fleet

Hi-dee-ho, Everyone!

As part of wrapping-up the nice weather portion of the 2023 Rowing Season, we're proud to announce the 34th Annual "Work" Party! Yes, you read that right: 34th! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate ... seeing as next year will be the 35th.

Anyhow, at this point in the Club's history, I'm sure you'll agree that it's not really work, but actually "play", as you'll be able to say "I was there", upholding our Esteemed Tradition of giving the fleet some well-deserved TLC: these boats have provided all of us a Spring, Summer, and Fall of fun, frolic, and safety, so it's time to pay it back.

We'll be doing the following:

• Cleaning the boats: Echos, Liteboats, Maas Aeros, and the Wintech Explorer. Weather permitting, we'll also wax.
  
• • We'll omit any boat in sick "bay" ... <- see what I did there?
    
• Cleaning locks, oars, fixing what needs it, and saving what can't be done that day for another.

And don't worry if you're unsure about what to do: there will be at least one "Management type" pointing fingers, barking orders, and trying their darnedest to look busy.
